Clinical Orientation

Our clinical orientation equips dentists with the skills, knowledge, and support to thrive within Smile Brands' culture. This comprehensive, in-person, multi-day program seamlessly integrates providers into our vibrant network, laying a solid foundation for professional growth and clinical excellence. With ongoing support through 30, 60, and 90-day check-ins, our clinical orientation ensures a successful and rewarding journey at a Smile Brands' affiliated practice.

Personalized Growth Plans

Customized growth plans offer you tailored mentorship with customized learning strategies, regular check-ins, and ongoing education to meet your unique goals. Our 6-12 month early-career mentorship programs include ad-hoc virtual support, mentor shadowing with in-person and virtual support, and onsite mentoring. Treatment coaching is available through both virtual and in-person sessions. We also provide custom mentoring inpatient case acceptance, case review, treatment planning, leadership, business, and communications.

Continuing Education & Professional Development

We offer a comprehensive range of free virtual and hands-on CE courses to encourage continuous learning for all team members. Our weekly live CE series features world-class speakers on various clinical topics, with sessions available on-demand. We also provide specialized training in endodontics, implant placement, and clear aligners, combining didactic lessons with hands-on practice, including live patient experiences.
